The story of each dish served starts with our farmers working in the gardens, orchards, the surrounding fields and taking care of our livestock.
Our chefs are inspired by what land and sea offer them. Their creativity sublimates these ingredients and, through primitive methods such as smoking, char-grilling, pickling or drying, bring them to one’s plate in a flourish of vibrant taste and colour. Options on the menu are kept simple but change often depending on the crop or catch of the day. We are grateful for good meat and fish, however it is the plant-based creations that have a leading place on our board.

Heal and communion
We endeavour to deliver not only good fun and environmentally conscious dishes to the table, but also to nourish our guest’s body and soul. To give someone love and care through food that has equally been grown with love and care, is ultimately to offer a path of healing.
Communal tables are a regular happening where residents and hosts alike, participate in the idealistic experiment, becoming an integral part of the community and ecosystem.
