Our daily offering is inspired by what our gardens and the island offer our Chefs. For the evening sharing menu, you will be offered 6/8 dishes of local, seasonal, often organic lovingly cooked produce, often on our open fire or charcoal oven, also pickled or smoked. At lunch time, our offering will be more simple with a daily menu to choose from. Our aim is to be self-sufficient, zero waste and have a minimum environmental impact in everything we do.

The cocktail bar aims to combine herbs, fruits and vegetables from our gardens to create homemade and seasonal recipes. Expect infusions, shrubs, syrups, purees, ferments, liquors and tinctures.
