Modify or cancel your booking

Our policy for families with children or pets

Families are welcome at Son Blanc Farmhouse, but please note that the hotel is not prepared for children and that our pool is totally unprotected and has no surveillance.

Children aged 12 or below must be accommodated with their parents /guardian in one of our 2 Rural Suites which are particularly suited for couples with children as they have a bit more space and are independent from the main house ensuring calm for other guests. We have rollaway beds or cots to offer for these rooms only (A rate of 50€ VAT included/night/extra bed will be added to the invoice to cover cot/bed, breakfast, service and cleaning). Please note that all pieces of furniture in Son Blanc are artisan works and not fit to endure inappropriate handlings.

When booking one of our Rural Suites online, please add an extra bed and mention the age of your kids in the “special requests” section. Other rooms in the house can’t accommodate under ’12’s or pets.

With regards to pets, to ensure you and your pet have plenty of space and don’t cause any disturbance to other guests, we can only offer accommodation in one of our 2 Rural Suites or our Cuarto Rústico.

We kindly ask owners to take full responsibility for feeding and clearing up after them in a very tidy and prompt manner. Also, we count on you to keep your pets on a leash or under control at all times.

We reserve the right to invoice any damages incurred. We are really grateful for your cooperation!
