From farm to table

The story of each dish served starts with our farmers working in the gardens, orchards, the surrounding fields and taking care of our livestock.

Dinner at Son Blanc

Our evening farm-to-table menu is inspired by the nature that surrounds us. Each day, our chefs work exclusively with organic, seasonal ingredients, freshly delivered each morning by our farmers.

Smoked, char‑grilled, pickled, dried, or simply served raw, these ingredients bring vibrant taste and colour to your plate. Designed for sharing, the menu invites guests to gather around the table and enjoy dishes together in a convivial spirit.

Dinner is served from 19:30 to 21:30

Lunch by the Pool Bar

Enjoy a relaxed lunch beneath the olive groves or under the cool coco shades, with views stretching across the countryside and out to sea.

Our wood‑fired Komodo takes centre stage, serving seasonal and lighter dishes that change daily with the harvest or the catch.

Lunch is served from 12:30 to 15:30

Communal table and events

Communal tables on Wednesday evenings and Sunset roasts on Sundays bring residents and hosts together to share in this idealistic experiment, becoming an integral part of our community and ecosystem.

Seats are limited, and you can find details about upcoming communal tables and events on our Experiences page or directly through our booking system by selecting your preferred date.
