This evening’s menu is guided by the nature that surrounds us.

Created for the whole table (vegetarian option available), it unfolds in six to eight dishes — local, seasonal, and organic, much of it from our own farm.

The journey begins with bread and small appetizers, continues with four dishes shaped by the land and sea, and ends sweetly with one or two desserts.

Always changing with the seasons, the menu reflects the rhythm of our environment. Please share with us any allergies or dietary needs — we are glad to adapt.
