Discover
Set over 130 hectares in a preserved and wild corner of the island of Menorca, Son Blanc Farmhouse is a utopian hospitality concept founded on the principles of sustainability, collaboration with the natural environment and social connection.
The transformation of a dormant Menorcan farmhouse into a working farmstead through a conscientious approach in every element of its conception.
We strive towards a sustainable way of life, on an audacious journey to self-sufficiency in energy, water and food, all without compromising comfort.

Regenerative farming
Regenerative agriculture is at the core of Son Blanc farming, creating an integrated farm ecosystem based on crop diversity, soil fertility and long-term sustainability.
Our animals — hens, pigs, donkeys, cows, sheep and bees — play a vital role in regenerating the land, closing natural cycles and strengthening the resilience of our farm ecosystem.
The produce of the farm is used as a foundation of Son Blanc’s focus on holistic health and wellbeing.

Staying at Son Blanc
A traditional Menorcan farmhouse has been restored and converted into a 14 room retreat thanks to the creative collaboration between architects and artisans expressed through natural materials such as stone, clay, wood and textiles.

Seasonal kitchen
Attuned to the rhythms of the land, our kitchen evolves with the seasons, sourcing each day from the farm, the fields and the sea.
The menu offers a primitive, earthy and generous cuisine shaped by the force of charcoal fire and based on locally fresh and organic ingredients.
From relaxed lunches under the olive trees to evening gatherings around the table, each meal celebrates honest flavours and the pleasure of eating together.

Immersion
The reserve is a place for exploration and communion with nature, oneself and with good company. A sensory journey to truly reconnect with what makes one feel alive and appreciate the authenticity of things.
An edible forest, an orchard with lush rows of varied fruits, almond and olive groves surrounded by gardens of vegetables and aromatic herbs sprawl all around the place.
Further afield, two wild ravines are populated by endemic species and natural rock formations, crowned by pine and oak woods with scenic views of the sea.
