Evening Farm-to-Table Sharing Menu

Rooted in low-waste, low-energy cooking, our cuisine is earthy, nourishing, seasonal, vibrant, and generous. The menu features six to eight dishes prepared with local, seasonal, and organic produce, varying with the rhythm of the land and availability.

Flames of the open fire and the warmth of the charcoal oven bring depth and character, while pickling and smoking add subtle layers of flavour. A convivial way to savour the spirit of our farm together. We also offer a vegetarian menu and gladly adapt to all dietary requirements and tastes.

From our land

Our farm is the heart of our cuisine. Through regenerative farming, we grow seasonal crops and care for the land. Animals enrich the soil and balance the ecosystem. Harvests and local partnerships bring fresh, flavourful plates to your table.

Wines

With us you will find wines from our mediterranean region and neighbouring regions-always in search of the indigenous. In addition to Balearic wine producers, we also select winemakers that share our low environmental impact philosophy and work using the principles of biodynamics and low intervention without necessarily going for certification.

Drinks & Cocktails

Our cocktail bar brings together herbs, fruits, and vegetables from our gardens to craft homemade, seasonal recipes. Expect vibrant infusions, shrubs, syrups, purées, ferments, liqueurs, and tinctures — each designed to capture the spirit of the island in a glass.
